Construction and production
We will turn your concept into production documentation and a 3D model. We will take care of the entire process - from design and specifications, through 3D models, drawings, BOMs, prototyping, to assembly procedures and technical instructions. We will also provide complete product delivery in cooperation with proven partners and using traditional and modern manufacturing technologies.

Analysis of structures and vibrations
We specialize in static and dynamic analyses, buckling, stress, creep behavior of materials and fatigue processes, including comprehensive assessment of mechanical properties and resistance of structures. We also focus on vibration analyses such as modal analyses, sinusoidal, random and transient vibration or impact loading.


Simulation of flow and heat transfer
Optimization and experiments
In the field of computational fluid dynamics, we focus on complex flow and heat transfer simulations. We also provide advanced two-way coupling analyses that link flow dynamics with structural analyses or thermal transfer, achieving highly accurate and integrated models for complex engineering applications.
We perform parametric and topological optimization to maximize the efficiency and functionality of the designs with respect to key parameters and constraints. We also provide experimental testing of structures and vibration, including evaluation of measurement data.
Electronics & RF

Digital hardware design
Based on the needs of your application, we will completely design the architecture, circuit design and board for your electronics. We either work with detailed requirements from your side or help you define the requirements based on your needs. Highspeed or FPGAs are not new to us. Depending on the design, we can provide signal integrity or power integrity type simulations.

FPGA
We implement the design in FPGA, provide simulations and complete debugging of the design in your hardware. Our experience is mainly with Xillinx (AMD) and Lattice platforms. Within Xillinx, we also have experience with the RF SoC platform.
High voltage design
350 V or 30 kV source? No problem for us. Because this area is specific and we only want to provide a quality service and not try anything on you , so for this service we work with an external expert in the design of high voltage power supplies who will put his extensive experience in this area into your design.


Antenna design
We will design and optimize your antenna and, if you wish, we will also arrange for measurements in an anechoic chamber at our partner. The output is then production data, design documentation and all geometries. The production data is validated by our mechanical engineer. In the case of measurements, a report is also provided.
You can expect similar outputs for passive microwave circuits.

EM simulation
Whether you come with your own design or one from us, we can provide you with a wide range of computer simulations. These simulations reduce the number of iterations of the entire development, thus saving time and more importantly resources that otherwise have to be put into each iteration of the prototypes. Using simulations, you are able to detect potential problems before the first production run and debug the design to a higher grade in a matter of days (or hours for simple designs).

EMC
Whether you just need a consultation or a complete EMC solution, we can help you and solve your concerns. We will always tailor the EMC requirements for your equipment and needs, set up the necessary test procedures and plans, perform the tests with our partner and compile the final report. We address EMC in a comprehensive manner and are able to identify potential problems or risks before testing is performed, through a risk analysis or design review.
Consultation

Support
Consultation is a useful tool when you do not ask for direct engineering services, but want to discuss your problems specifically. Often our customers use the consultation when they need targeted help, are building their own team or use it before the actual engineering work is requested.

Training and webinars
Soon we will also offer you various trainings related to various issues in engineering. Of course, we would also like to start creating various free webinars, where we will at least explain this issue.
